Jerry Sandusky, Notorious Rapist

In the article “U.S. to Expand Its Definition of Rape in Statistics” by Charlie Savage in the New York Times, President Obama recently revised the rape definition which will create a wider categories that will be legally defined as rape. One of the main points of the article was that the rape statistics would go up when the definition is revised to include oral and anal rape. With this change in mind, people are saying that the law would have a bigger percentage of people raped as opposed to when the law defines it as "traditional rape".
